Felicia” is currently the Chief Executive Officer

enjoys teaching, preaching, and empowering men, women, and
children in the things of God. While traveling
the world with her husband, she graduated from the University
Maryland and holds a B.S. degree in Psychology.
Since 1985 under the tutelage of Bishop Archie Buchanan
of Japan and Elder Floyd H. Thuston of Kansas City, Missouri,
she has served in numerous capacities of ministry. Her

School Teacher, Bible Study Teacher, and a host of other

While in Naples (under divine guidance), she and her family
founded Agape Fellowship, a ministry within the Italian
community to serve both Italians and Americans living in
the area of Gricignano, Italy. She continues to assist her husband
as they serve as the overseers of the ministry. In
1999 they established Agape Fellowship Ministries, Incorporated,
in Stafford, Virginia, where they currently serve the people
of the Lord.
She currently serves as the director of the “Women
of Honor” of Agape Fellowship Ministries, Inc. located
in Stafford, Virginia and has a heart for pastor’s
wives. Because she understands the demands and complexities
of ministry, she formed “Under His Wings Ministry,” a
non-profit organization committed to supporting and instructing
pastor’s wives and women fulfilling similar positions. Also,
she has a heart for youth and can be found teaching and
encouraging them to be all they can be for God.
Of all the
many titles that she holds she most enjoys being a wife
of 23 years, mother of two sons, Vincent, Jr. and Branden;
step-mother to her daughters, Tanisha and Crystal and grandmother
to DaShawn and Jalen and Taiya.
